The project!

The Product Merchandising Manager, Womenswear is responsible for developing and executing strategic merchandising plans for the womenswear category, ensuring optimal product assortment and sales performance. As a Junior Business Builder, you will gain hands-on experience in venture building, actively supporting the creation and validation of new business models. Throughout your journey, you will:

  • Develop foundational venture-building skills: Assist in operational tasks under supervision while progressively taking on more responsibilities.

Nuestro cliente es una organización de gran tamaño en el sector de la hospitalidad y el ocio. Con una reputación sólida en el mercado, se centra en proporcionar experiencias de alta calidad para sus clientes.



Proporcionar un liderazgo efectivo al equipo del hotel.

Supervisar y gestionar todos los departamentos y trabajar estrechamente con los jefes de cada uno de ellos.

Elaboración de planes y presupuestos.

Desarrollar acciones de mejora.

Cumplir los objetivos presupuestarios del hotel y establecer otros objetivos estratégicos a corto y largo plazo.

Gestionar la rentabilidad continua del hotel, asegurando ingresos y satisfacción de los clientes.

Hacer presupuesto operativo anual y plan de marketing y ventas.

Dirigirá a los distintos equipos hacia la consecución de los objetivos establecidos, coordinando y supervisando las labores de los responsables de departamento.

Asegurar el pleno cumplimiento de los controles operativos, SOP, políticas, procedimientos y procedimientos del Hotel.

Celebrar reuniones informativas y reuniones periódicas con todos los jefes de departamento.

Entre sus funciones estarán:

- Manejo de quejas y supervisión de los procedimientos de recuperación del servicio

- Realizar seguimiento en área económica.

- Controlar el correcto cumplimiento de toda la normativa en materia de APPCC e Higiene Hídrica.

- Asegurarse del cumplimiento de los estándares de procedimiento y operativa habitual de la cadena de forma eficiente y eficaz por parte de los jefes de departamento del hotel.

- Organizar, coordinar y controlar el día a día de los departamentos del establecimiento hotelero.
